Our KYC procedures contain both risk assessment elements and identification elements. Our clients are required to present appropriate documentation to support each transaction.

Communication

Huginn Aviation is reachable via phone calls, emails, our chat function, or through our social media channels. All communication between Huginn Aviation and our clients is handled with outmost respect and discretion.

Transactions

All invoices to Huginn Aviation ApS must be sent by email to invoice@huginnaviation.com.

All invoices must have a unique identification number, date of issue and clearly state a detailed description of the good(s) or service(s) supplied, the supply date, the unit price and the total amount due, a specification of any applicable taxes e.g. VAT, if VAT is applicable. Invoices must include payment terms and details, the currency, senders detailed information, company name, address, zip code, city, country, contact details, company registration number or Tax-Id and the details of Huginn Aviation ApS. Invoices must include the word Invoice or if in Danish the word Faktura.

Governing Law

Huginn Aviation ApS is registered in the Kingdom of Denmark. Unless otherwise clearly stipulated in mutual agreements or contracts between Huginn Aviation ApS and any of our clients or business relations the Danish Law applies to resolving any disputes that may arise. Any disputes involving Huginn Aviation ApS that might arise out of a crossborder transaction within the EU, will be settled in the Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation.
